Tyy, Tukshahn and Akhasha (on Rhye 8)

Aw man, we gotta go back and see how big Khasha (Akhasha) is now. She's 2 months in this picture. Tukshahn taught her to smile and we were all laughing about it, so i snagged this pic of Tyy, big Shahn and Khasha. Big Shahn and those dang parachute pants, man... i tell you. Everyone's got their own style, and the more you travel the more you see the coolness of individuality. So many fabrics and textures, so many colors, sounds, smells... molecules and ways of expression. Somethings might not be for you but they fit other people and places just fine. Of course, no one's gonna judge him for it. Look at the guy. He's as big as a house. Plus he's from Rhye 8. Oh yeah, so, dig, this is on Rhye 8. Rhye 8 is a mining colony planet kinda thing. Tukshahn runs a small refinery out in the middle of nowhere just about, kind of like the bottom of an industrial district where it crosses into the red light district. Refinery but it seems like a junkyard. Thinking about it, it's kinda like a recycling center, that takes junk and processes it into power. A lot of other systems bring scraps there and sell them to the plants who turn them into fuel and other stuff, which they turn around and sell. There's a bar not too far from his place we played at maybe twice, it's pronounced Shruok-Shein's. The letters don't look like anything i could type. Pretty nice lady runs the spot, but that place is cut-throat man. Like some kinda Mos-Eisley pirate bar, like they have in the movies and other places, ya know? Around there you get a bunch of factory workers, and hustlers pretty much. They make a killing because of how the planet is. Hot, dry, kinda hard core. Some very lovely ladies there though, the ones who stay and can manage. Like i says, it's pretty hard core there, ya dig? Not even too many patrols or guards... more of the "street justice" system in play now. Like the wild west. hahahaha. I remember the last time we was there, like on Rhye 8 kicking it at Shruok-Shein's, I was talking to big Shahn about why he doesn't just up and leave the refinery. He's a painter, damn good one too, not that there's much scenery there, or any people who are from there who would dig on paintings. Maybe some folks who come to trade or visit might appreciate it. He truly digs it tho. It's cool how your atmosphere effects you. Like, being around hot rubble and scraps, he pushes his imagination for what's not there, and explores that with his paintings. Sometimes, yeah, it's just cool ways to look at scrap piles, but he pulls out some of the most amazing scenery paintings, landscapes, space paintings. He's got an eye for it i guess. First two and the third. That and jazz and swing music. I know, right? He don't look like the type, but books get judged by the cover a lot by the brainwashed and lovingly conditioned. But he was saying how it's too hard of a planet to be on, and he don't have enough money really to go nowhere else. Not that he wouldn't do well, but since some places have such tight border control and some gatekeepers to certain realities are... well, selfish pricks, very judgmental. I get it, you want the vibe of a place to be that, and the more outside influences you let in, the more the place changes. Small at first, unnoticed, but that's how the underground starts, and then goes mainstream, and then it's a commercialized household name you're sick of hearing and seeing, so you crave the next underground movement.

So... Refinery on Rhye 8. Dig them clouds, man. He inherited the refinery when his brother passed and left it to him.. kinda the family biz, ya know? Haarrrrd work though. Look at me,just gossiping away, giving up all the personal biz. I dunno, i feel for my friend. Not too many honest people that come thru looking for an honest job around there, or to give you an honest deal or pay for your work, but he's got a good crew. Not that he don't like it there, but it's just his job... it gets in the way of his work, which is painting, and he's a pretty good cook too. Ladies, are you taking notes? I'm putting in the good word here. We was talkin about how there's so many people in multiple realities, all doing crap they don't really want to, but think they need to because of the systems they've adapted to which don't benefit them really. Dig it, jobs pay you enough to come back the next day, hardly, but never enough to make it past the weekend which is usually timed perfectly for you to blow your money celebrating not being at that crusty hole, only to be broke enough when you're done to have to crawl back, which breaks you a little more every day. Pretty clever slavery system. Entertainment, man, i tells ya. It's all entertainment. You are captivated by illusions of money and "success" like any being would be. The concept of thriving is "great" but if you knew you were already there, there wouldn't be nothing to do. If you accepted the fact that everything was perfect already, you'd be bored. So, you gotta entertain your self. Entertain a job. Get hobbies and habits and drugs, because the only cure is love, which is accepting the fact that everything's already perfect... which, again, leaves you with nothing to do. Hahahahahaa.. it's a sick game man, but i digs it anyways. Kinda have to, we're stuck in it, ya know? Khasha's a sweet-heart too. She's a red or spotted, cause the blue ones have stripes, Rhyan... uh... well i'll just spell it how it sounds, cause their alphabet is different and i can't figure how to type them letters on here, hahahah. It's called a Red Rhyan Khyvershbar (Ky-vers-bar) which is like a mix between a wolf hound and a hyena almost. That's the closest thing to what she would be for the sake of explaining it. Interesting... DNA... some common blocks span galaxies, and some things you can only find in one place. Weird, hyenas are more feline, so that's a weird mix, ya dig, but still, she's a sweet heart. They were bred to be watchdogs and guardians from the feudal dynasty days on Rhye 8, but now folks there usually use them for guarding junk yards or lots... stuff like that. They get pretty big and need a lot of space, but they're really smart. Like i said, Khasha's only two months old here. She'll get to be about five feet on all fours. Heck, Tyy's only like 4 feet 9 inches or something, close to 5 feet but not quite there. Sorry lil buddy. Hahahahaa. Yeah, friggin big Shahn's HUGE, but you kind of have to be there. Rhye 8? Man, once the sun goes down it gets real lively. When the sun's up, its just hot. Like HOT hot. Like, get me off this planet HOT. Another thing we was talking about... were talking about... haha, grammar... was how this place, and so many other cultures and races and ways of being, is so cold-blooded and selfish now. Lost if you ask me. It's like you're predator or prey, and if you don't know which one you are, the predators will. If they treat you like prey, and you don't fight back, you're a snack. If they behave like prey around you, you're a predator, or being set up. Hahahaha. That's Rhye 8 for ya. Shame it's gotten to be that way. Kinda locks people in the loop of being and coming back to it because things get so tight and constricting, ain't no freedom, ya know? Like there's too much judgment and too much fear to be free. You "gotta worry about" the backlash if you ARE the free one in the crowd these days. That's a shame, and to me, shouldn't be. Guess that's why we shift levels so much. Just looking for what everyone and everything else is looking for. A comfortable place to just be... to understand and be understood and grow from there. Instead we have jobs, keeping us from exploring and being our work and selves, in a predator prey factory world. THAT'll keep you writing songs forever, dig it.
